The brand new Premium Series from Swiss speaker maker PIEGA includes three models, called the 301, 501 and 701. State-of-the-art chassis technology and rigid aluminium cabinets allow this series to achieve an inspiring sound experience, whether you listen to voice, orchestra, electro or single instrument recordings. The two smaller models 301 (bookshelf) and 501 (floor-stander) use the company’s tried and tested PIEGA LDR 2642 MKII tweeters, while the Premium 701 flagship range uses a brand new LDR 3056 ribbon tweeter. The MDS low mid-range drivers have also received an upgrade and are tuned to match the new cabinet and ribbon tweeters. These drivers are said to offer longstroke movements ensure an impulsive, dynamic and powerful bass performance.
