Cary Audio, a manufacturer of high-end audio and video products, has just launched their new Direct Sales Program. The initiative is primarily driven by customer demand to supply products to areas where there are no local dealers. Cary Audio has indicated that they will continue to support their independent authorized dealers but recognizes that their dealer network does not cover all parts of the U.S. and Canada.
Cary Audio will implement a remote customer sales initiative to apply to those consumers who are at least 160 km from the nearest authorized Cary Audio dealer. Products purchased will be shipped directly from Cary Audio to the consumer, and will carry our regular limited warranty and a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
The intention is to utilize the program to meet the needs of only those clients in remote areas and where new dealers are added to service a new areas, the option for direct sales to such areas will be removed.
Cary Audio’s Dealer Locator on their website has been updated to indicate if someone is eligible for our Direct Sales Program through a zip/postal code search. Sales Managers for remote regions will need to be contacted, if the client qualifies i.e. is located over 160 km away from an existing authorized Cary Audio dealer.
